We know that glocks lasts for a very long time, far longer than mostly other guns, so such improvements can mostly leeds to problems. There has in the pasts been scopemounts that was installed on the frame with small steel pins thorugh the frame. Those scopemounts have basicly done the same thing as a metalframe as the aluminium scopemount is preventing the frame from flexing.
