Hi I recently bought a KDL-32R420B. Its firmware version is 1.2 and I want to update it to latest ( 4.114). I downloaded it from Sony website, copied to a USB drive, connected it to TV, went to update in menues but finally I get: 'no applicable update data was found'. What can I do?
Note: 1- Zip file is complete. Its size is 67.4 MB (70,713,904 bytes). 2- I unziped it. Ignored first level directory 'sony_tvupdate_2014_4114_usf_auth' and just copied second level 'sony_dtv02B00B00B0B0_00000301' to root of pen drive. 3- My pen drive is well Fat32 formated and TV can easily read and show photos from that.
